About CrossGrades

Crossgrades allow you to move to the latest version of WhatsUp.

• To WhatsUp Gold Standard from other versions of WhatsUp.
• WhatsUp Gold Premium from WhatsUp Gold Standard.
• WhatsUp Gold Premium edition to WhatsUp Gold Distributed edition.

A couple of things to note:

• Your current WhatsUp Gold serial number will be required to finalize your crossgrade order.
• All orders for WhatsUp Gold come with a 1-year service agreement for support and upgrades
